Matwork and Reformer qualified through Pilates & Co Teacher Training Certificate III in Fitness (Australian Institute of Fitness)
Following a running injury in 2019, Sarah tried Reformer Pilates as part of her rehabilitation. As someone who has always pursued an active lifestyle but had favoured high impact, high intensity workouts, Sarah fell in love with the repertoire and ‘play’ side of Pilates and was amazed at the benefits of the practice not only in her rehabilitation but also in strength, flexibility and overall body confidence. This sparked a need to pursue professional training so she could share these benefits and the joy of Pilates with others.
Passion: With a background in communication and marketing, Sarah is passionate about creating a fun and supportive class environment for clients at all stages of their Pilates journey. Ensuring they walk away having felt challenged and stronger for it.
