At Pilates & Co, we offer group corporate or team classes which can be specifically tailored to your company’s needs. Now, more than ever, with many still working from home, the benefits of providing your staff with the opportunity to connect over a workout include, things like:

We have the opportunity to run Group Reformer classes for up to 14 people and Small Group Classes designed to suit teams of 3-4.
Our workouts can be structured to suit the needs of your environment. For offices we find a focus on posture, core strength and flexibility a real benefit to introduce to your staff’s regime. For those that are looking for a lunch time sweat, we’ve got you covered. We will work with you to create a program that meets your requirements.
All 3 studios have the capability to run corporate groups outside our regular schedule of classes. We can structure a time that fits with your team, whether it be lunch, early morning or evening.
We are also available to run group training on-site at your premises. This could include such things as mat based Pilates, running club, stretching, strength and mobility. We can work with you to structure classes to best fit your team and the environment.

For some of our staff, this was the first time they had tried reformer pilates and the team at Pilates & Co were very accommodating to the different levels of our group and were able to tailor the class to suit everyone.
