A RANGE OF DIFFERENT CLASSES TO MIX THINGS UP
Like with any new routine, it can take time to understand the nuances and motivations behind Pilates exercises. At Pilates & Co, we strive to deliver a variety of classes with teachers from diverse teaching styles so that you can get the workout you want with the benefits you need. We categorise our Group reformer classes (see below) to help you identify the right level, but we also have teachers that will give you an athletic, or a more heart pumping workout, as well as teachers that deliver classes full of technique and precision as well as teachers that will inspire you with creativity and flow. Try them all to see what class suits your workout preference and vary your bookings based on your current mood.
We strongly believe that if you don't love it, you won't commit to it. Find the class you love and commit to your practice at Pilates & Co. Find a weekly commitment you can maintain. Experiencing a 6-week challenge doing at least 3 times a week; we guarantee you will feel damn good and is a fantastic way to learn what works best for you long term!

ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS
Book a private Pilates class with one of our qualified instructors to get a personalised movement session. 1:1’s are perfect for you if you have any areas of concern, injury, limitation, pain or would like to up the ante on your Pilates practice. These are available to book through the teachers page or contact us to schedule you in with the right teacher for you.
You can book in with one of our teacher and some more experienced team members are listed as senior teachers.

FOUR WEEK CHALLENGE
Want to Get yourself into some healthy habits and kick-start your Pilates practice? 4 times each year we run a group Four Week Challenge which includes classes, regular updates, special Challenge offers and a healthy food guide to follow. There is one every school term, when easiest to hold down that routine!

THINGS TO REMEMBER ABOUT OUR CLASSES:
If you’re attending the class of a teacher you’ve not practiced with, please arrive 5 minutes early to introduce yourself and discuss any concerns.
Please reserve your classes ahead of time. And for popular times, like mornings and weekends, be sure to get in early to avoid disappointment.
We allow wait-listing for classes through the booking system so ensure you have your notifications turned on so we can sms you if a space opens for you
If you’ve reserved a class but cannot attend, please cancel your booking as soon as possible. This allows time for the people waitlisted to be notified about a class availability.
